These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlogForge, a service operated by The Bridge Crew, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using BlogForge, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
BlogForge is an AI-powered content marketing service. We produce blog posts, newsletters, and social media content tailored to your business. Plans include Starter ($497/mo), Growth ($997/mo), and Authority ($1,997/mo). Each plan delivers a defined volume of content monthly as described on our pricing page.
BlogForge is sold as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice via email.
Upon full payment for a billing period, all content delivered during that period is assigned to you. You receive full ownership and may use, modify, and publish it without attribution. The Company retains no rights to delivered content once ownership has transferred.
BlogForge uses artificial intelligence to generate content. All content is reviewed and edited before delivery. You acknowledge that the content is AI-assisted and agree to disclose this where required by applicable law or platform policy.
We aim to deliver first content within 7–10 business days of onboarding. Subsequent monthly content is delivered on a rolling schedule. Delivery timelines are best-effort and may vary based on plan volume, revision requests, and response times.
Each content piece includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at our discretion and may incur additional fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for the final 30-day period. All content delivered and paid for prior to termination remains yours. No further content will be produced after the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or widespread internet or infrastructure outages.
These Terms, together with any plan-specific terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding BlogForge, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
