This Refund Policy applies to all BlogForge subscriptions operated by The Bridge Crew, LLC. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their first payment. If you're not satisfied with BlogForge during your first 14 days, simply contact us and we'll refund your first month — no questions asked.
After the 14-day guarantee period, no refunds are provided for content that has been delivered. Once content has been produced and delivered to you, the service for that billing period is considered fulfilled.
If you cancel your subscription mid-billing-cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month. The used portion is calculated based on the number of days elapsed in the billing cycle. Content already delivered is not refundable.
To request a refund, email us at hello@blogforge.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe and will appear on the original payment method.
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith. Each refund request is evaluated in good faith.
